Early last week, my friend Sarah Glover (renowned outdoor chef), invited me to join her in cooking for the famous Ballerina Farm in Utah. The event was their holiday party, held at the picturesque Gracie's Farm at the Lodge at Blue Sky. The menu was prepared over live fire and featured a dome that Sarah affectionately referred to as her version of a Christmas tree. In this edition, I share a detailed account of my three-day cooking journey on the road, along with two pizza recipes from the menu.
