Below you’ll find a recipe for focaccia, quick pickled onions, and of course the assembly of this sandwich WHICH was inspired by Radio Bakery in NYC.
If you—like me—can’t make it to NYC this weekend then why not make your own everything focaccia at home. And if don’t like lox? Turn it into a BEC (bacon, egg, and cheese). Remember! With the right attitude and cup of flour, you can become a pizza tourist in your own kitchen. Enjoy.
