Dear Pizza Tourists, Reporting to you from LAX, where I’m waiting for my delayed flight to Colorado. With Presidents' Day weekend being one of the biggest ski weekends in the U.S., I figured it was the perfect time to reshare our French Fry Guide to Aspen. If you know anything about me—aside from being a Pizza Tourist—you know that French fries are my quintessential travel fuel. So let me ask you this…do you pizza or french fry :)

How did everyone celebrate Valentine’s Day this year? Michael and I decided to stay in and cook an intimate dinner for two. A few years back, we traveled to Bologna to learn the art of making tortellini at the renowned La Vecchia Scuola Bolognese. There’s something special about homemade tortellini—a showing of love and devotion through craft. The delicate, hand-folded parcel is boiled in a nurturing chicken broth and then in a matter of moments just disappears! Eating is a funny thing isn’t…but so is love I suppose.
