An old friend reached out recently asking advice on catering his 4-year-old son’s birthday at a local park. There would be 80 people (40 of them being kids) and he was on a tight budget. He was wondering whether to hire someone for onsite cooking (pizza or taco truck) or pickup food. The other catch, the party was just a few days away.
