I first met Zoë back in 2019. She was throwing these ‘breakfast parties’ behind Collage Coffee and her famous pita had developed a cult-like following. We initially learned about one another as ‘concept chefs’ (her pita, me pizza) and I was hungry to try one of her food creations. So one beautiful sunny day, I set out to Highland Park to go on a Zoë Food Party mission.
